When you contact AI Automation Inc., request a demonstration or interact with an AI agent, we may collect information you provide such as your name, business name, email address, telephone number, messages and appointment preferences. We may also collect basic technical information such as browser type, device type and website activity.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, provide demonstrations, configure and support automation services, improve our systems, maintain security and communicate about requested services.
AI interactions and service providers
Conversations with our AI agents may be processed by technology providers that help us deliver voice, messaging, CRM, scheduling and automation services. We limit use of this information to operating and improving the requested services.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers acting on our behalf or where required by law. We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here and applicable legal requirements.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law. You may also ask us to stop marketing communications.
